  1. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Gently toss to combine.
  3. Transfer to a serving platter.
  4. In a small bowl, combine Whisps, parsley, and garlic.
  5. Sprinkle over tomatoes and serve.

  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
