For the Homemade Greek Yogurt-Blue Cheese Dressing

    1. To make the homemade salad dressing, simply stir together all ingredients until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

 

For the Salad

    1. Cut the iceberg lettuce in half, then cut each of the halves again in half to create wedges.
    2. To serve, place each wedge on an individual plate. Spoon over the blue cheese salad dressing, then garnish with cherry tomatoes, bacon crumbles, red onion, Whisps Buffalo Cheese Crumbles, and fresh chives. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Enjoy!

  • ¾ cup Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¾ cup crumbled Blue Cheese
  • ¼ cup Buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

For the Salad

  • 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 6 slices Bacon, cooked, cooled, and chopped
  • ⅓ cup Whisps Buffalo Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 bunch Chives, chopped
