For the Onion Rings

    1. Preheat air fryer to 380 (if necessary on your model).
    2. Cut onion into thick ½” rings, peel off the skin, and set aside.
    3. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined.
    4. Pour a ½ pack of Whisps Buffalo Cheese Crumbs in another bowl.
    5. Separate each onion ring and submerge them, one by one, in the egg mixture, then coat in the Whisp Buffalo Cheese Crumbs - trying to keep them as dry as possible as they stick better this way. If they’re having a hard time with the batter sticking, try using more of the dried cheese crumb mixture.
    6. As you dredge each one, you’ll want to pour more of the dried cheese crumbs as needed for each sequential onion ring - using up to two packs for one large onion ring.
    7. Depending on the size of your air fryer basket, place your onion rings in the basket, leaving about a ½” between each one and spritz with a light mist of olive oil spray.
    8. Air Fry each batch at 380 for 10-15 minutes, checking every 5 minutes or so, or until they’re golden brown.
    9. Continue cooking in batches until all of the onion rings are cooked.
