- In a large bowl toss together watermelon, cucumber, mint, basil, jalapeño, lime juice, oil, and salt.
- Sprinkle with Whisps and serve immediately.
- 3 cups ¾” watermelon cubes, seeded
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- 1 jalapeño pepper, very thinly sliced

- ¾ cup Tomato-Basil Whisps, roughly crushed
