  1. In a large bowl toss together watermelon, cucumber, mint, basil, jalapeño, lime juice, oil, and salt.
  2. Sprinkle with Whisps and serve immediately.


  • 3 cups ¾” watermelon cubes, seeded
  • 1 English cucumber, diced
  • ¼ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, very thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¾ cup Tomato-Basil Whisps, roughly crushed
